FRANCESCA BALDACCHINO

RESPONSIBILITIES

Francesca joined our Malta office in September 2017 as a Legal Account Manager.
In her current role as Senior Legal Account Manager, and as a corporate lawyer, she focuses on online gaming clients and is mainly responsible for clients seeking to obtain a gaming license.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Francesca has attended various courses relating to remote gaming and is now focused on gaming regulatory framework.
Additionally, she is a member of Malta Chamber of Advocates.

Francesca read law at the University of Malta and was conferred a Bachelor of Laws with Sociology in 2012, and a Diploma of Notary Public in 2013.  
She obtained her Doctor of Laws in 2015 with her thesis, "Punitive Damages: A Hidden Presence in Maltese Tort Jurisprudence?"
In March 2016, Francesca was admitted to the Bar. Later that year, she joined a law firm, where she was mainly involved in civil law matters and litigation.
